Hi all. Due to some processing error on my bank's end (that has now been resolved), my paypal account was thrown into the negatives. Upon trying to add funds to it, I discovered that the card I previously had listed no longer exists, and added my existing card with which I tried to cover the negative. However, I run into this error:
No matter what I do, the same error keeps appearing (whether I am on PC, mobile, whatever have you). I have sufficient funds on the bank account the card links to, so that is not the issue. I have also been checking the status of paypal servers, which say "up", so that is also not the issue.
If anyone knows how to fix this, help would be much appreciated.

Which is why I clearly stated...........
2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free. (That is if the f/f option is available in your country).
If not then obviously they would have to pay the fee and use the other option, I was just stating a way you 'may' be able to sort it without paying a fee.
So again, you're welcome.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
