Pay in 4 refund not fully refunded

I ordered a pair of jeans that totaled to be $53.92. I used Paypal’s Pay in 4 and completed two of the payments before returning the item. Each payment was $13.48 and I only received $14.34. Nothing else comes up and I’d like to get my money back.
