Cannot accept partial refund offer

I have problem accepting partial refund offer. Basically after this screen below:

I tried using other browsers and signing in to incognito mode but was still directed to the error page. Can anyone please tell me what to do?

It’s 2021 (2 years after this post) and I’m having the exact same issue. Here I thought maybe PayPal had a recent website bug, but if this problem has been around since 2019, I’m frustrated even more. Any help would be appreciated. I’m using a MacBook, if that information helps. Like the previous person, I’ve tried different browsers and incognito modes as well.
