Can't send using Paypal Balance

I'm trying to send money to a friend but am only shown my bank card as the only option. My account is less than a month old and I've done all verifications. I'm able to receive Payments and transfer Paypal balance to my Bank Card. I have Paypal Balance but its not showing me the option to use it to send to anyone's Paypal account. I'm in Malawi, Southern Africa. Kindly help.

You can't hold a balance in your country. 

Read the link as you have to add a visa credit card for the auto withdrawal of any funds.

@kernowlass Then why did you call me and tell me everything is okay with my account? Please sort out these 2 issues with my account.

1. I can't Send money or Checkout/Pay using Paypal Balance.

2. I can't remove my Debit card as the preferred way to pay.

Oh I'm sorry then. I spoke with a customer care agent right after your first comment and I thought it was you 😃. He told me that the information (you sent) was wrong and that my account is 100% working. Actually he lied to me because what he said was working, it's never working 😟 Thank you for your help regardless

The information that I gave you for your country is correct. I didn't say there was anything wrong with your account, I said you had limitations in your country on what you can add as a funding source and the fact you can't hold a balance as you have the auto-transfer of balance in your country.

I then posted the link to show you your and others countries affected by the policy posted.
