I added my PayPal account to this preply online teaching website, and I want to withdraw money from it, and it does not respond, and it is said by a marketing manager that my account will not receive money , I linked my visa and my bank computer , and I want to solve the problem

Have you added and confirmed a visa credit card to your paypal account and set up the automatic transfer of funds?
