We’re sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment right now.Please try again later’.I keep getting this , I’ve even added money to my PayPal balance and tried sending this and I keep getting the same issue ? It’s been going on for three weeks, can anyone please help

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty making the payment and facing this issue from past three weeks. Our security system checks every transaction to make sure they are risk free. If we find that the transaction is not completely secure our security system will stop it from processing. This will not affect every transaction on your account. You need to try sending the payment using a different payment method or try sending the money at a later date.
