My account was created in 2023, it's verified, and I have a confirmed linked card, but I can't purchase a gift card from the PayPal store.
I get this error: 'We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method.'
I have enough funds on my card and the billing address is correct.
It doesn't even let me choose a payment method at checkout. It just redirects to an error page.
