Can i use my mastercard debt card to withdraw from paypal to my back account in egypt or does it has to be visa

I understand your concern about withdrawing funds to debit card. Yes, that's right. In your country, you can only withdraw funds to your Visa card, local bank or US bank and not any other financials.
