Auto transfer not working?

I have auto transfer enabled on a weekly basis (every Monday), however it doesn't seem to work.
It is Tuesday already, yet nothing has been sent to my bank account according to the PayPal activity logs.
Do you know what could possibly be the reason?

I have two currencies, EUR and USD - auto transfer is enabled for both.
I had also successfully transferred money to this same bank account in the past - so connection seems to work too.

I'm quite puzzled at this stage, any help is appreciated.
