I was permanently limited before I could send the required information about the ongoing issue

Hi, I hope you are well. My name is Misael Cortes and today I was permanently limited from PayPal. I was asked to resolve many transactions by explaining the reason for each. I was working until 10pm EST and I had called PayPal support when I asked for a 15 minutes break at work, I asked the lady if there is anything I can provide to show my legitimacy.
My friend asked me to help her transfer the money from a fundraiser in GoFundMe to a bank they can access in Gaza and I agreed because I want to help in any way I can for the kids to get food, water and shelter. She even gave money she had been donated to on Buymeacoffee. I can show proof of everything and our conversations.

I transfered the money to my Bank to send them the money as soon as they ask me to so they can get help.... But today this happened and my friend is devastated once again, she lives under bombardment and was finding some hope by helping the kids and families, but once again, they were let down.

I didn't come to make anyone sad, but please tell me, is there any way I can appeal to this, or at least get the money to my bank account to send it to the charity.
The instagram page of the charity is: https://www.instagram.com/gaza_go_bragh/
And the youtube channel is: https://www.youtube.com/@GazaGoBragh

If I used my account in the wrong way I apologize, it was not my intention to make anyone upset or use anything in the wrong ways. I just wanted to help these poor people. If there is anything I can do, please, let me know.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
