Anyone else have a payment that didn't get associated with its request?

I got a request for a friends-and-family payment. So I clicked on it, on my mobile device, and made the payment. The payment was immediate and there was no problem at all. I can see the payment in my history. But the request is still active.

This seems like a bug in the mobile app, it is somehow not associating the payment with its request. It's very frustrating, as there is also no way to delete the request. It's just hanging out there like it was never paid, even though it is clear from my account history (and from the my family member) that the payment went through without a hitch.

Anybody else have this issue? How can I link the payment with the request?

I'm sorry to hear that the payment for your money request did not close the money request as it should have. When you review the Money Request within your PayPal Activity, you should see the option to either 'Decline' or 'Cancel' it. The sender will also have the option to 'Cancel' the money request from their side. 

I hope this helps and that you're able to cancel the money request!
