Am Unable to Accept credit/debit card payment in India

Please why am I getting this message error when my customer tries to pay using a credit/debit card? it says that We're not currently set up for transactions in India. Try Again

Sorry to know that you're having issues receiving payments. To comply with the regulations and for your account security, you need to verify your account before receiving/sending the payments. Have you and the sender verified PayPal account? If not, please verify your PayPal account and ask the sender to verify theirs in order to initiate successful transactions from their PayPal account. To get verified, You can add and confirm your bank account or, if you prefer, add and confirm your debit or credit card.
