All funds for paid orders go to HOLD

Good day to all.

 

1. We create a new order using the “Create order” method.
(/v2/checkout/orders)

 

2. The client follows the approval link and confirms the payment.

 

3. We confirm the order using the “Capture payment for order” method.

(/v2/checkout/orders/{id}/capture)

 

4. Funds are debited from the client's account and transferred to our account.

 

Problem: all funds arrive in HOLD status. How to make incoming funds immediately available?

We are an advertising agency. Advertisers have the opportunity to top up their personal account balance via PayPal. Once they have topped up their balance, they must immediately begin work. But we cannot immediately allow them to work because the funds immediately go into HOLD after replenishment.

 

How to get rid of HOLD when replenishing via PayPal via API?
