After outage, clients cant make a payment

Hi there, so, it seems that something went off in my account after this Microsoft outage.

Clients can't make payments to me (90%) of them, they are getting an error as if their credit card won't work (getting a message to talk to their bank. They do, and they say everything is alright with their bank, they call Paypal, and they are told that is a problem on my end. 

I called PayPal, and they said everything was alright, so I'm pretty sure it was this Microsoft issue.

Is anyone experiencing something like that, did you fixeit somehow?

we have been experiencing the same issue with Woocommerce- we cannot receive payments since July 18th afternoon. users get an error with their credit card and cannot purchase. 

Only if they login with paypal they would pass-through the transaction.

Yes, I am having the exact same issue and just getting the run around. I did cut one of my customers price in half then it went through. This is very frustrating that no one has an answer. We can't do business if we can't receive payments.
