I cant request an increase?

Hi, I´m from Mexico, I get the advice "Future payments may be put on hold for up to 21 days Know your options ", then i get the option to increase my amount, but when i try to send the request it keep saying "Something went wrong. Please try again", how can i fix this?
Also try to call for help, but i didnt get an answer, please help me :c

im having the same issue for the past 4 days, if anyone knows what the reason is please let us know. i am suspecting maybe paypal has an issue with their system.

I'm having the same issue. got an alert 3 days ago, tried following the instructions, when i click request an increase, it gives me that error.
