Add Money doesn't work now

I have a linked and verified Chase bank that we used before.  I am trying to add money from it.  I get the verification code from PayPal, I input it.  I get the window that All done or something... then it goes back to the previous window, where I need to send the money again.  

I did it twice, but I cannot see the transaction showing anywhere, or the pending transfer.

IDK what to do

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
