Hi, I've read something about being able to have an account without your legal last name, but it will be limited. What does that mean? Is it possible to transfer money to another paypal account without using your real last name? To provide more context: I've received money and also sent money to a paypal account. This person uses his first and last name but my question is: could the name be fake? Or is it impossible for him to send and receive money within paypal, without a real legal name? Even if his account is possibly not linked to his legal bank account? Is it even possible to use paypal without linking it to your legal bank account?
