1. Issue: Paying Enel Energia with Paypal.

I am trying to pay utility bills to ENEL ENERGIA in Italy. I made one payment but the next time I tried I could not find that Payee anymore in Paypal. Instead it gives me options to pay dozens of other utilities in other countries. Is there a way to pay Enel Energia SPA Italia?? Thanks.

Welcome to the PayPal Community I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks making another bill payment to Enel Energia in Italy. Have you tried reaching out to the recipient to see if they still accept our Bill Pay service? If they do, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
