Will PayPal use its conversation rate when I withdraw my funds as dollars and not PHP? For example. right now PayPal conversion rate is 56 PHP for 1 dollar, so PayPal converts that first into pesos then converts back again to USD right? or
I will get the amount as it is when I withdraw it to a USD account from the Philippines.

Hello @aaaavvv

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can certainly understand how receiving a currency conversion charge can be a bit concerning. Normally, transfers completed to a bank are completed in the local currency. So if you are transferring USD funds to a bank, and your PayPal account is registered in the Philippines, it would transfer in PHP.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
