why my money is pending

Hello. Today my client sent me $157.50 because she deducted the $2.50 (we split the $4.99) but upon receiving it, it also deducted me another $4.99 (received in Philippine peso). And now, the money worth ₱7,485.19 is pending. Please help me resolve this. I badly need the money as soon as possible. I am just a small time freelancer.

If the money is not Pending because it is an eCheck but for 21 day-hold, see:

If withdrawing and it’s Pending, PayPal has not completed the processing of your withdrawal yet. Allow 24 to 72 hours for them to Complete it.
