why cant i receive money from depop payments due to hold?

Paypal put the depop payment on hold, so I gave them a tracking code since they said it would released ONE DAY after the package is delivered, but its been MULTIPLE days....so where is my money? this is currently happening for TWO separate packages. both delivered days ago. still no money.

Either there is a technical glitch causing delay in confirming or PayPal deciding to hold the money longer.

You could ask buyer to confirm receipt to release funds or ask PayPal customer service to manually confirm delivery and release funds:
