Hi, now i have ‪50 USD‬ in my account, how i can use them to send money to another paypal account, when i try to send money the only one choice is the to pay from my debit card linked to my account, i can't change, i need to use this money before withdraw to my account

Thanks for your post and welcome to community!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to send funds. Our security system checks every transaction to make sure they are risk free. If we find that the transaction is not completely secure our security system will stop it from processing. This will not affect every transaction on your account. You can try to use this funds later date.

the problem is when i make a payment to some one the only available option is to send money from one of my card registered on paypal, it didn't give me the option to pay from my currently available balance

You can't use your balance as a funding source in Egypt.

You can only use your card as per link.
