Got paid to an account I don’t have any more. Can’t log in to help resolve

Someone paid me on an account I no longer have. How can I help her get a refund

If the account is CLOSED then it should be showing as unclaimed on her side and time out at 30 days.

If the account is open and the payment has completed then if she sent the funds using goods/services she can open a dispute for non receipt of item.
