someone sent me $12 and it says its here?

it has the money received but has a yellow clock beside it, there's no mentions to when my money will be released unlike other transitions in my account which say available by (blank) whats this clock mean

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear there's some confusion surrounding a recent transaction you've received. It sounds like there's some kind of pending hold on the transaction you've received. Normally, you'll see the reason for the pending hold in the Transaction Details or in a notification through your Secure Message Center or possibly email inbox.
