someone just scammed me after i was buying something off of him so i sent him the money through 'friends' sad that i got scammed but have no idea how to get my money back
Sorry, PayPal buyer protection does not apply to friends and family payments. All is not lost, you paid tuition to learn to pay using the goods and services option when making a purchase.
Friends and family is option is for friends and family.
