received money

I have a money transfer five days ago, but I'm not received it yet into my PayPal account.

I contacted the sender and they confirmed that the money was sent also the provide me with the invoice number of transaction, bu the money has no reached into my paypal account yet.

i read the page you sent me but i don't understand one thing

Payment Hold Period

in this section telling about holding the money for 30 days .....etc

how do i know the money received from the sender to PayPal (it's not shown) and PayPal hold it for 30 days

by the way another company sent me money after the first one and show into my PayPal account directly how about that ?
