pending money transfer

I transferred an amount of money from my Paypal to my bank account and its been 2 weeks now and the money haven't arrived yet, I have contact my bank and they told me no transaction was made in the last month.

I am sorry to see you are having issues locating your withdrawal from PayPal. Withdrawals can generally take 5-7 working days. 

As you have already contacted your bank, if the money is still not in your bank account after 14 business days, please contact us and we’ll help you trace the missing withdrawal. Please note that we won’t be able to begin the tracing process if it has been less than 14 business days.
