First question: Is it normal for paypal to request security check and password reset every time I try to withdraw like 10 usd or 500 php on both paypal dekstop and mobile app. This happen for like 5th time now.
Second question: I tried to purchase using my Debit card but when I try to transfer my Paypal funds to the debit card, it does not allow me. There is no email from Paypal that says there is limitation on my account. Any ideas? I have 4 verified different credit cards, 2 verified bank account and 1 verified debit card but the only option that allows Paypal transfer is only on 1 credit card. The rest does not allow Paypal funds transfer it always says error. Even though it is all verified. I tried using verified debit card does not work, i tried using 2 verified bank account does not work, i tried using 3 verified credit card does not work also. I was only transferring like 20 usd on dollar or 500 php but it only works on 1 verified credit card. Any reason for this?
Third question: Is there a direct email of paypal customer service? I cannot call the Paypal contact number based on USA because my telephone provider charge enormous amount on overseas call.
