paypal put my funds on hold. they're donations but paypal is asking for proof of goods being sent. what do i do? (i have a personal account)

Write a note explaining why you don’t have proof of delivery, pdf it, and upload to the request.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
