Microsoft Edge, Why once arrived at the paypal chechout navigation window, my visa card being added to my paypal account then verify and then confirm I am told that: You cannot use this card to carry out this transaction.

Not all cards are accepted on PayPal, particularly prepaid cards or virtual cards. A merchant can also choose which funding sources they will accept as payment. If the merchant will not accept the Visa Card added to your PayPal account, please use an alternative payment method.
