I'm trying to purchase on an Australian website, Paypal is an available option.
However, when I proceed to paying using Paypal, I'm asked to pay using my local funds or credit card, not the USD funds I have in my account. I prefer to pay in USD because using my local currency or credit card, I would have to pay extra for exchange fees. Paypal is rates are really bad too.
Can someone please assist?
