no refund received

I got a refund €176 from booking.com at 21 april, but i still havent got it on my bank account at 25/5 one month late.

help, where did the money go?

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the refund, all refunds will be returned to the payment method of your initial payment. You can refer to this article to find out the timeframe of your refund. If you don't see the funds in your account please try contacting our support.
