my paypal account keeps showing this message

Hello

 

I've been trying to send money but this message keeps showing up. I haven't received any emails and I changed the password but still it's not working. Please help.

Welcome to our community help forum and thanks for posting!

 

I understand your concern about the status of the transaction. PayPal from time to time needs to take a bit longer to review a transaction. You will receive an email when the review gets completed.
