my money still on hold after the 21days if waiting and i really need it right now

i was supposed to get my money today but as i can see it sill says money on hold even after the 21days of waiting my costumer sent a request before to the support so they can send me the money before in less than 21days but still nothing and i'm really in need for this money what should i do

I'm sorry to hear your payment is still on hold. If your payment is still on hold after 21 days, a few things could be impacting it, such as a reserve or a limitation. If needed, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
