Hello I've sent a family member who I regularly send payments to the usual payment today ( a little larger than what it's used to ) and then it says on their history the payment but it doesn't reflect on their balance, it isn't being held or unavailable it just says nothing. I can't refund it because 'They didn't have the balance'
