how to get full refund from just eat?

i bought a meal from zizi on just eat. it wasnt as expected, it was stone col and inedible. it was just over £25 i pad them via paypal. i complained and they decided a £5 credit on just eat was acceptable to the situation despite me asking for refund. this is a regular occurrance with them. i used to think it was the restaurants faults but i think its just eat scamming everyone. and im not the only one i know with these issues. im terminally ill if iate that food it would of made me seriously ill. this is not acceptable. how do i get my money back from them? i used paypal.

You can try a dispute for item received but not as described but I don't hold out a lot of hope that you will win.

Firstly a dispute for non receipt would not work as the item was personally delivered and did arrive.

Secondly a not as described dispute may fail as you got what you ordered and paypal does not get involved with quality issues.

Worth a shot though, the seller may decide to refund you voluntarily.
