how does someone accept payment from me through Paypal

I sent a friend some money using Paypal and she can't seem to get it.  It gives her one option of accepting as Crypto-coin, which she doesn't use and neither do I,  how does she collect it?

I understand you're trying to send money to a friend, but they're having trouble accepting it. I apologize for any trouble this has caused. Depending on where your friend is located, they may not be able to receive payments through PayPal. However, they may need to verify their account if they live in a country that can accept payments.
