how do I know the amount of fee on a currency conversion ?

hi, I have a couple currency conversion that I would like to know exactly the amount of fee I have paid. I tried to Calculate the fee with the 4% but it doesn't seems to add up so any help would be appreciated.

Hard to advise when you haven't even said which country you are in.

However if it was an international transaction then you pay a higher fee.
