I tried transferring money to my bank account but Paypal declined the transaction after 2 days, Paypal charged me Php 250(5$) for the transaction fee and refunded me with just Php 50 (1$), how can I get the other 4$ back into my account.
Sadly you can't, paypal have provided you with the service of transferring your funds but it failed for some reason so you have to pay a fee for that failed transfer.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
