friend sent money to the wrong address

Friend sent money to the wrong email address. when writing to that wrong email - gmail says sending mail failed as probably that email doesnt exists. when trying to create that email it says- that address occupied. Who should I write? Thank you

I understand that you are concerned about the money sent to wrong email address.

If the payment status is Completed, you need to ask the recipient to send you a refund. You’ll find the recipient’s contact information on the Transaction Details page. Please refer to this article to know more details.
