*explain like i'm 5* What does each "tracking information" option mean

I just completed a job for a client, sent the files(digital goods) and he sent me my pay, and it is on hold(i know why, no need to explain that part)
but what should i set this on for him to confirm that it is delivered or something. I assume it is order processed but i could be wrong.

some are obvious some need to have a description.
i dont mind the long holding wait that much, but i just wanted to know what me and my client need to do so paypal can do their part as well. so it doesnt necessarily reach 21 days on hold

I am sorry to hear your payment is currently being held. I know this must be frustrating. Funds can be held for various reasons, for example if you are new to selling with us. 

Typically funds are released after 21 days, or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. As you provided a digital item, select Service or Virtual Product to confirm order status. You should then see the option to confirm the order has been processed.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're still running into some issues updating your tracking information. Did you collect a shipping address on the transaction? If so, you may not have the option to select Service or virtual product. With that in mind, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to review this a bit further.
