I mistakenly cancelled the ability to make payments to a vendor and they are now listed as inactive. I want to change their status back to active so can make purchases from them again but cannot find out how to do that. Any suggestions?
I cancelled the automatic payment for Netflix when I stopped my subscription two years ago,
Now there is no ay to reactivate the vendor Netflix. It is ridiculous. I would like to have the freedom to choose when I activate or deactivate vendors on my automatic payments.
Otherwise what is the point of using Paypal if not for the security and the good customer experience?
