hello please, i am using ukraine account, i linked my wise card to it to withdraw founds from ukraine paypal to card.

but now, ukraine is not allowing to withdraw to my wise card maybe due to martial law.

WHat can i do? which app or website can i get eligible debit card from, to withdraw from paypal.
