I'm trying to refund some tickets for an event that was cancelled. I didn't have enough money in my PayPal balance but I have bank account lined so I tried to refund from that. Big mistake. Thn I had to jump though hoops to try to deposit money to my PayPal balance (Paypal makes this nearly impossible for reasons best know to themselves.) Hoped that the refunds would process right away now that there's money in my balance to cover it. Nope. Resolution centre doesn't work at all. No please to get help. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Would appreciate help from anyone.
