automatic payment but no info on the automatic page

I had this automatic transaction, but could not find this information on my automatic payment page. I knew the merchant, but I did not know that it was an automatic transaction. How to void this payment and cancel the subscription? I tried to send a message to the Paypal customer service, but can't reach them. Thank you.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Thanks for the reply. I’ve looked into that page, but nothing’s there. There’s no automatic payment at all. So that’s why I’m confused how to cancel it.

Sounds as if you may have set it up with a debit or credit card via the sellers paypal card reader.

Check with your card issuers?
