am trying to withdraw money from paypal to mpesa but not going through. help me out

I'm sorry you're having trouble withdrawing. Clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different web browser when you experience an error tends to help. You'll also want to ensure you're logging in from a consistent device without a hosting IP or VPN. If the error persists, you might need to wait 48 hours between attempts. After 48 hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page if you still have difficulty. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
