Can't send money, it's says " sorry we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later" I already tried alot of times but nothing.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had recently with your account. I can certainly relate to your situation here. As per the information that you've shared, it looks like our internal security system may be blocking you from completing the activity. While we recognize that this can be a frustrating experience for you, this security system helps uphold the safety and integrity of the PayPal community overall. To go about this problem, I would recommend you try again after sometime by clearing the cache and cookies from your internet browser. Kindly do not try to attempt the transaction again eventually, as our security system will get triggered and the clock will start from zero, from the time of the next attempt.
