Will a late fund transfer into my bank affect my paypal payment?

Recently I've purchased a product on an App. By mistake, I did not realize that I did not have enough funds on my card; however, apple used paypal (which is linked to the same card/bank) to complete the transaction. After realizing the mistake, I immediately (in 10 mins) transferred enough funds to the bank account. However, the paypal payment does not show up on the bank statement. Is this problematic or should I simply just wait? Will this have problems with the app? (ie. I don't wish to get banned on the app)

The outcome is going to likely depend on how your card's issuing bank handles overdrafts. If your bank pays it and brings your balance negative, your payment would go through. If the payment is declined, the payment would likely have failed. Do you see the successful payment in your transaction history?
