Why there is too much delay in automatic withdrawal?

I received the payment yesterday between 7 am to 8 am. not its been more than 30 hours still waiting for the money to withdraw from my bank account.
First Paypal disabled the manual option now PayPal is delaying the payment.

I need to pay the bills for the hospital. this delay is causing me lots of trouble and harassment.

Same I don't know what's happening mine is stuck from 24april and still not withdrawn

I received a payment on 24th April, but still havent received the payment in my bank account.  Even the paypal dashboard doesnt show the payment as 'Completed." Any idea why this is happening? 😞 😞
