My paypal account is algerian ,I worked for clickworker and I set my payment to PayPal, and they created an invoice for €21 which was paid in 21april, but the payment is not reflected to my PayPal account note that i have linked a debit card and verified it with it. I'm trying to reach a support agent, but it says this option is not available, so I can only write to the community. I want to know what happened to my payment, I have not received any email from paypal that says balance x is wanting to be accepted .
